I have over 15 years of experience in senior-level building structures and HR administration for start-up businesses and the refreshing of HR resources for businesses that are 6 years and above in existence. I have a knack for bringing back the lost talents and enthusiasm in the team/employees through coaching. I have also performed career, executive, personal and team coaching across various sectors (in particular start-up businesses, i.e., 1-5 years). I am fully credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation and a certified Ubuntu Coach by Nobantu Ubuntu Coaching, South Africa.

My client base spans beyond Nigeria, having coached individuals in different continents, helping them articulate and balance their personal and career goals. I partner with my clients and in the process, support and assist them in becoming more aware of their talents, skills, thresholds, consciousness and creativity.
